Unknown is a Brown Tabby Male cat. 6 months to 1 year

Hello. This cat that looks like a very young bengal tabby mix has been living in our neighborhood since at least July. He's been getting skinnier and skinnier and I've been trying to feed and to catch him. I finally did catch him, he ate cat food like he was starving and didn't fight too much when i brought him home.  A lady with a lost bengal named Rachael (looking for her cat named Kane) came to see if it was hers, she was unsure and took him to the vet, but he wasn't microchipped plus her cat is 8yo this one doesn't even look 1 yo yet. I would guess 5 or 6 months old. Vet said he might be neutered or possibly his testicles haven't dropped yet.  He's friendly when he let's you come near him but he's pretty skittish. He didn't have a collar or the indent of having worn a collar. He was found near Rose and Duckworth in Barrie this afternoon. Can you please add him to your found cats directory. If no one claims him and our cat gets along with him then we will keep him. Thank you.
