I will bring my foster pets to the specified veterinarian for vaccinations, treatments and check-ups as instructed by the Furry Friends Foster Cat & Kitten Lead. Furry Friends will cover all veterninary costs. I understand that I will not be reimbursed by Furry Friends for a vet clinic not on their approved list.

I will provide an update to the Foster Cat & Kitten Lead regularly and after every vet visit. This includes emailing a photo of the vet passport to the Cat & Kitten Lead. It also includes weighing kittens when they are 10 weeks old and providing that weight to the Cat & Kitten Lead so that paediatric spays/neuters can be scheduled at the appropriate time.

If they have watery/crusty eyes, a runny nose, diarrhea and/or are sneezing or vomiting, they must remain in my foster care until their symptoms are gone. Foster cats released from my care for adoption will go through the regular Furry Friends Adoption Application process. As a foster parent, I cannot promise a cat or kitten to friends or family. Friends and family are welcome to apply to adopt the foster kitten/cat. Each application must be interviewed and approved by the Furry Friends Adoption Co-ordinator.
